A new commission curated by Launch Pad founder Sarah Elson and artist Heman Chong, was the occasion for five international artists to gather for an innovative 24-hour writing workshop on the 14th of July.
Bringing together artists whom incorporate text and prose within their work, Chong introduced a series of exercises and prompts during the course of 24 hours, whereby the artists could generate raw material that formed the basis for five new short stories that the artists wrote independently. The five resulting stories were subsequently published in Writing: Cabin Fever.
